Two Philadelphia rappers, Maurquis Boone and Richard Harris get framed by an overzealous police officer. The duo are sent to prison and forced to fight the unjust prison system from the inside.

The Bid is one of best movies I ever seen online. I've seen many movies in my life, over 10 grand in total... These days, new movies coming to the cinema, do not have 'something' hidden in this film. There are some stages in this movie that I will remember until death. The director of The Bid is really a genius. The few "perfect" movies that have ever been released are so perfect in every respect that every scene seems to be a masterpiece in itself.
